Return & Refund Policy

Damaged Goods
PH8 Pty Ltd will doing the best to make sure your purchases are under perfect condition when they arrive to you. But in very rare cases, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, we require you to send us the evidence of the damage such as photographic or video footage within 24 hours via email to sales@ph8.com.au

It is the customers’ responsibility to adhere to our claims process including providing proof of damages and arranging for products to be returned for inspection. Any damages or faults reported after 24 hours will be treated as a warranty claim and the customers will be solely liable for the shipment cost in the claim process.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your original purchase. If you would like to return a bottle for a refund, please email a request with your original order number in the subject line to sales@ph8.com.au Returns and refunds will not be accepted for used bottles. PH8 Pty Ltd will cover the cost of shipping fees for the return of an item presenting a quality issue.

Order Cancellations
Contact us if you want to cancel your order, we will do a full refund if the items are still not being dispatched from our warehouse.
