Do you deliver everywhere in Australia?
Yes we do! We currently deliver to all over Australia to homes and offices in metro areas however, please contact us and we can advise of the appropriate delivery fee for your city, state or country.
In SA and QLD, PH8 water is available in all Drakes supermarkets.
What if I live outside of Australia or my region is not listed?
Please contact us for more information on our international distributors.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately orders cannot be changed online once they have been placed. If you need to change your order please contact us.
Can I order in bulk by the pallet?
Yes, ordering in bulk by the pallet load is available. Contact us to enquire.
How many bottles are in each box?
The online shop offers 3 types of boxes. A box containing 8 x 1.5L bottles, a box containing 12 x 1L bottles and a box containing 24 x 500ml bottles.
Will I receive an email confirmation and receipt?
After you complete your transaction, you will receive a PayPal or Shopify receipt and an email from PH8 Natural Alkaline Water that contains your order details and confirmation number.
